My name is Roxana Hefley, and I’m originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Louisville is now home to me, and I’ve truly fallen in love with this city and its beautiful, vibrant community.
RH Aesthetics Studio was created from a dream of mine, a vision to build a space where people feel confident, cared for, and truly radiant. Even the name reflects something personal. “RH” comes from my own name, Roxana Hefley, representing the heart and intention behind everything I do.
Over the past few years, I developed a deep interest in the Korean approach to skincare and skin health. I was inspired by its focus on prevention, hydration, skin barrier repair, and lasting skin transformation rather than harsh, temporary solutions.
Taking care of my own skin through this philosophy became the motivation behind creating RH Aesthetics Studio and bringing this advanced approach to skincare to the Louisville community.
Today, RH Aesthetics Studio combines Korean skincare techniques with modern aesthetic technology to help clients achieve healthy, radiant, glowing skin through personalized treatments designed to deliver results.

Yes—booking your appointment in advance allows the RH Aesthetics team to prepare for your visit and dedicate the appropriate time to your treatment. While same-day appointments may occasionally be available, we recommend reserving ahead of time for the best experience.

We completely understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. A cancellation or no-show fee may apply for appointments cancelled within the required notice period. This policy helps us prepare properly and keep appointments available for all of our clients. Purchased gift certificates do not expire and have no inactivity or maintenance fees. Gift certificates may be redeemed for eligible treatments and retail products at RH Aesthetics Studio. All gift certificate purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law. Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Gift certificates may be transferred to another recipient. Any unused balance remains available for future purchases. If your purchase exceeds the available balance, you are responsible for the difference. Appointments are required for treatments and are subject to availability. Our standard appointment cancellation policy applies. Please present your gift certificate at checkout. Lost or stolen certificates may be replaced if proof of purchase and the remaining balance can be verified. Certificates purchased for a specific treatment retain their original purchase value. If treatment prices change, any difference is payable at the time of service.
